Can I have access to EasyInvoice offline?
You will need an internet connection to access EasyInvoice. EasyInvoice uses a cloud system which means that you need an internet connection to be able to access the iOS, Android, or the app through our website.
How do I change my email address and password?
To change your password on the mobile app:
- Tap the cog icon in the top-right corner.
- Then, tap your name.
- On the next screen, you can change your email and password.
To change your password on the web app:
- Click on your name in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- In the Password section, click the Change Password button and type in your old and new password on the pop-up.
- Click Save.
How many invoices and estimates can I create?
You will have unlimited transactions for anything in EasyInvoice.
Can I share my business with my partner or accountant?
You can share specific businesses with up to 6 other users. This may be useful for sharing your business with your accountant, or a business partner so they can either read-only or edit your business transactions.
Is there a discount if I pay yearly?
You can pay monthly or yearly for your EasyInvoice subscription. The monthly plan gives you all the features as the yearly plan does, but we recommend the yearly plan as it saves you almost 30% a year.
How many businesses can I have?
You can have up to 3 businesses with each subscription.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
We will not use or share your data. If you cancel your subscription then your data will remain on our system for 7 days, then after that, it will be deleted automatically.
How much is the EasyInvoice subscription?
EasyInvoice offers one plan created for small business owners in mind. The yearly price for an EasyInvoice subscription is the equivalent of £6.99 billed in your local currency, or the equivalent of £4.99 monthly if you buy a yearly plan. Will my subscription automatically renew?
If you purchase in the app through Apple or Android, then you would need to make the payment each month. But, if you purchase directly through us, then yes, as long as your payment details are up to date your subscription will renew automatically and you don’t need to do anything.
How many devices can I have?
You can have as many iOS, Android, Windows or Mac devices as you like to access your account.
Is EasyInvoice available on Apple and Android devices?
Yes, the EasyInvoice app is available on the Apple Store and on Google Play.
Where can I find the invoice for my subscription?
We will email you the invoice for your subscription as soon as we receive the payment.
Can I get a refund If I cancel my EasyInvoice account?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you decide to cancel your subscription within 7 days, you will receive a full refund.
Can I use EasyInvoice on my mobile phone?
Yes, of course, you can. Download the EasyInvoice app for free from the Apple Store to your iPhone or iPad or get it from Google Play for your Android mobile device. Then, simply sign in with your EasyInvoice login details or create an account. With the EasyInvoice mobile app, you can run your entire business from your phone.
